The commandment upon eating the meat of shi'as sacrificed animal and to contribute to the sacrificial animal of shi'as:
Question:
What do religious scholars and muftis of Sharh say about the following issue that a family rented a house in the street of my house and then they performed sacrifice on Eid al-Adha and sent the meat of the sacrifice to my house. After taking the meat , I came to know by research that the family belongs to Shia religion, so can I cook this meat and eat it or not? If I cannot eat, what should I do with this sacrificial meat?
Another case is that the sacrificial meat came from the Shia family and my family cooked it and ate it and later found out that it was a Shia who gave the meat. Now what is the order for me in this case?
Answer:
Provided th question is valid and the family is shia 12 Imamiah Jafri then the ruling is as follows: meat of whatever the animal is , if the Shia has slaughtered it himself or had it slaughtered by another Shia, then this slaughter is dead and its meat should not be eaten. It is forbidden. If you have eaten it while you were unknown , then repent and ask for forgiveness. But if a Shia has made his animal slaughtered by a Muslim, then it is permissible to eat its meat.
But if a Shia has contributed to a sacrificial animal, then if that animal has been slaughtered by a Muslim, then its consumption is halal, but none of the participants sacrifial is accepted and if it is sacrificed by a shia then neither the meat is halal nor the sacrifice is accepted.
و اما شرائط الزكوة فانواع ومنها ان يكون مسلما او كتابيا فلا تؤكل ذبيحة اهل والشرك والمرتدلانه لا يقر على الدين الذي انتقل اليه:

واما شرائط ركن المزكومة فمانواع .... و منها ان يكون مسلما او كتابيا فلا تؤكل ذبيحته اهل الشرك والمجوسی والوثنی وذبيحة المرتد:

نعم لاشك في تكفير من قذف السيدة عائشة اوا نكر صحبة الصديق او اعتقد والالوهية في على اوان جبرئيل غلط فى الوحى أو نحو ذلك من الكفر الصريح المخالف للقرآن ولكن لوتاب تقبل توبته:

ولو كان احد الشركاء ذميا كتابيا او غير كتابي و هو يريد اللحم او يريد القربة في دينه لم يجزئهم عندنا لان الكافر لا يتحقق منه القربة فكانت نيته ملحقة بالعدم فكان يريد . اللحم والمسلم الواراد الملحم لا يجوز عندنا وكذلك اذا كان احدهم عبدا او مدبرا ويريد اضحيته كذافي البدائع:

ولو كمان احد الشركاء ذميا كتابيا او غير كتابي وهو يريد اللحم واراد القربة في دينه ولم يجزهم عندنا لان الكافر لا يتحقق منه القربة فكانت نيته ملحقة بالعدم فكان مريد اللحم والمسلم لواراد الملحم لا يجوز عندنا فالكافر اولى وكذلك اذا كان احدهم عبدا واو مدبر او يريد الاضحيته لان نيته باطلة لانه ليس من اهل هذه القربة فكان نصيبه لحما فيمتنع الجواز اصلاً:
