Ruling on leadership by the one who call Syedna Ali (R.A) as Problem Solver
Question: What do Islamic Scholars and Muftis of Shariyah say about the below mention situation:
A person who is neither a Recitor (Qari) , nor Hafiz ,Aalim and nor he have the ability to Recite Qur'an with Qira'ath , and He usually describes such topics and Incidences that are totally against the Quran and Ahadees, likewise On One Juma'a he said Syedna Ali (R.A) is a Problem Solver and those who don't take him as a problem solver , then we should pee in their ears . After this explanation following three things are need to be clear under the Shariya law ,
1. A person who is having such aptitude and beliefs , Is he capable of leading Juma'a or Eids Prayers? Even though there is no shortage of Ulemas around.
2. Ruling about those who are determined to pray behind such a Imam on Juma'a or Eids?
3. If the person with all the above mentioned beliefs took back his word and repent , promises to be careful next time while speaking , then according to the above mentioned condition will he then capable of leading Juma'a and Eids Prayers?
Answer: There are two meanings of problem Solver;
First ; that Syedna Ali (R.A) use to tackle hard situations ,
Second ; The way Allah (SWT)ease everybody's hardship, there is nothing impossible for Allah Ta'ala , Similarly Syedna Ali (R.A) can solves everybody's problem.
After the above mentioned explanation, If the aforementioned person takes the second meaning then this person is not worthy of Being a Imam due to two main reasons
1. Due to disputing Beliefs
2. Incapable of reciting Correct Qira'ath of Quran
And even though the person tooks the first meaning of problem solver then still he is not capable of leading Salah as he cannot recite proper Qira'ath of Quran
But one should abstain while speaking such vague expression.
2. Those who are determine to pray behind such a person then they themselves are responsible for their deeds and it is mandatory for them to seek forgiveness from Allah (SWT)
3. If the Aforementioned person took back his word and repents in addition to , He learns proper Qira'ath of Quran then afterwards he is worthy of leading Salah but it is preferable that if Ulemas are present arond than they should be leading .
