Question: What do religious scholars and Muftis Of Sharia Matin say about the following issue that a person went to the Imam Bargah of Shias on 10th of Muharram and there he behaved like Shi'as and used insulting words in honor of Sayyidna Farooq Azam(R. A). used the words of Dajjal again and again (Allah's refuge). After this insolence, did he remain a Muslim or did he leave the circle of Islam? And if he remains a Muslim, is there a fine or punishment for his insolence or not? If so, what is it?
Answer: In the condition of the mentioned question, if this person has used the word Dajjal regarding Sayyidna Farooq Azam(R. A), then this word is Kufar. Therefore, this person was excluded from the above-mentioned circle of Islam.
