The answer to the question of Shia should be according to the religion of Ahle-e-Sunnah? or according to their creed:

Question: If a Hanafi Sunni mufti is aware of the issues of Shia inheritance, should he write the inheritance and part of the Shia inheritance in accordance with the Shia principles or should he write it in accordance with his own principles?

Answer: It is not correct in Shariah to give an answer that accommodates the Shia or infidel sect. Instead, the answer should be given based on the principles of Islamic inheritance. Even if a Muslim from another sect, such as a Shafi'i, asks a Hanafi-Mufti a question according to the Shafi'i school of thought, the Hanafi Mufti will not answer according to the Shafi'i school, but rather according to the Hanafi school. Therefore, when asked a question according to Shia principles, a Sunni Mufti should answer according to the principles of the Ahl-us-Sunnah.
