Ruling on a sunni girl marrying a shia boy
Question: What do the scholars of Islam and Muftis of Shariah say regarding the following issue: My paternal cousin’s engagement was arranged by her father two years ago to her cousin’s son. The boy belongs to the Shia sect and has consistently stated that the girl, being Sunni, can live her life according to her beliefs, and he will live according to his Shia jurisprudence. However, now that the marriage is about to take place, the boy has communicated through a relative that he wishes the girl to become Shia, although he is not forcing her. Please guide us in light of the Qur’an and Sunnah.
Answer: Many beliefs held by Shia are considered acts of disbelief (kufr), such as:
1. Belief in the distortion of the Qur’an (tahrif al-Qur’an).
2. Denial of the Caliphate and companionship of Sayyiduna Abu Bakr al-Siddiq (رضی اللہ عنہ).
3. Ascribing divinity or divine attributes to Sayyidna Ali (رضی اللہ عنہ).
4. Accusing Sayyidah Aisha al-Siddiqah (رضی اللہ عنہا) of wrongdoing.
5. Adding to the Islamic declaration of faith.
Based on these beliefs, a Sunni Muslim cannot marry someone with such beliefs.
ان الرافضي ان كان ممن يعتقد الالوهية في على اوان جبرئيل غلط في الوحي او كمان يمنكر صحبة المصديق او يقذف السيدة المصديقة فهو كافر لمخالفته القواطع المعلومة من الدين بالضرورة:

Therefore, they cannot marry. Even if the boy does not hold such beliefs, it is still not recommended to marry him.
و يجب اكفار الروافض في قولهم برجعة الاموات الى الدنيا و بتناسخ الارواح : و بانتقال روح الاله الى الائمة وبقولهم في خروج امام باطن وبتعطيلهم الأمر والنهي الى ان يخرج الامام الباطن وبقولهم ان جبرئيل عليه السلام غلط فى الوحي الى محمدﷺودون علىؓ بن ابي طالب وهؤلاء القوم خارجون عن ملة الاسلام و احكامهم احکام المرتدين كذافى الظهيرية:

نعم لاشك في تكفير من قذف السيدة عائشةؓ اوانكر صحبة الصديقؓ او اعتقدالالوهية في علىؓ اوان جبرئيل غلط فى الوحى أو نحو ذلك من الكفر الصريح المخالف للقرآن:
