Question: What do the Islamic scholars say about the one who offers and lead the funeral prayer of a Shia, whether Shia are Muslims or kafir? Is it permissible to eat home cooked food of a Shia? Is the slaughter of Shia permissible?
Answer: Meanwhile, the Ashri Shias are convinced of the distortion of the Qur'an, except for three or four of the companions (رضی اللہ عنہ), they consider all companions infidels and apostates. And they consider Sayyidna Ali (رضی الله عنه) and the 11 personalities, innocent, their obedience obligatory and of high eminance than Prophets. All the faiths are reliable and are present in authentic books of their religion. And it is clear that those who hold such beliefs are not Muslims, neither their slaughter is halal, nor their funeral is permissible, nor is it permissible to bury them in the graveyard of Muslims.
If someone says that I don't believe in these beliefs, then it is necessary to show denial of these beliefs and religion, further more express blasphemy against the religion and people of these beliefs and against those people,Takfir is necessary for those who hold such beliefs. unless he doesn't do so, he will be considered convinced of those Shia beliefs and his denial will be attributed to taqiyyah.
