Question: Can a Shia become entitled to inheritance in the property of a Sunni?
Answer: There are different groups of Shias who believe in Shia infidel beliefs, for example, the divinity of Sayyidna Ali (رضی اللہ عنہ) and the slander of Sayyida Aysha (رضی اللہ عنہا), then because of the difference in religion a Shia cannot inherit from a Sunni. However for a Shia who isn't an extremist, heresy does not prevent inheritance.
