The insolents of Companions (Sahaba) (رضی اللہ عنہ) are infidel

Sayidna Abu Zur’ah Ubaedullah bin Abdul Karim al-Razi (رحمہ اللہ) writes:

When you see a person disparaging any of the Companions (رضی اللہ عنہ) of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), know that they are a heretic. This is because, in our belief, the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) is truthful, and the Qur’an is the truth. It was the Companions (رضی اللہ عنہ) who conveyed the Qur’an and the sayings of the Prophet (ﷺ) to us. By criticizing the Companions (رضی اللہ عنہ), such individuals aim to discredit the witnesses of our religion so they can invalidate the Qur’an and Sunnah. In reality, these people deserve to be criticized themselves, as they are heretics.
