Ruling on eating and drinking with the infidels, their filthiness and their Sacrifice (Zabiha)

Ruling on eating and drinking with the  infidels, their filthiness and their Sacrifice (Zabiha):

Question: How is that to have friendship or relationship with  infidels and polytheists, in eating and drinking? While  the Qur'an says, they are impure. Also, they are completely unaware of pure and impure, neither are they familiar with the method of ghusl nor the limitations of Islam?

Answer: Without reason It is forbidden to have  friendship with infidels. It is Makroah to eat and drink with them unnecessarily. However, if such an affliction occurs once in a lifetime, there is no harm in it, provided that there is no knowledge of Haram. If it is known that this food and water is Haram, then it's use is haram (forbidden), but the Zabiha of a disbeliever is not valid in any infidel, and in the Qaran's verse:(انما المشركون نجس), by calling them impure,  polytheists are forbidden from Hajj and Umrah, and the reason of impure is, filthiness in their beliefs. Also, they are not distinguishing between cleanness and uncleanness and being involved in uncleanness  is also the cause of filthiness. (Jamia-ul-Fatawa, Volume:1, Page:369)
