Ruling on the propagation of Christianity in Dar-ul-Islam
Question: Nowadays, in the God-given state of Pakistan, Christians openly propagate Christianity in public markets. Does Islam permit non-Muslims to freely propagate their religion in Dar-ul-Islam?
Answer: Islam does not permit non-Muslims to freely propagate their religion among Muslims. Instead, it is the responsibility of the Muslim ruler to prevent them from doing so. As for the freedom of non-Muslims in Dar-ul-Islam, it is limited to their co-religionists. They are not even allowed to recite their scriptures aloud.
