Ruling on supporting non-Muslims against Muslims

Question: What do the scholars say about an Islamic country seeking the help of a non-Muslim country against another Islamic country? Suppose the country in question is purely Islamic, implementing only Islamic laws, and the non-Muslim country opposes it solely due to its implementation of Islamic laws, leveling baseless and fabricated accusations against it without any evidence. Please enlighten us on this matter from a Shari' perspective.

Answer: From a Shari' perspective, it is haram and impermissible for any Islamic country to collaborate with a non-Muslim country against another Muslim country for worldly interests. If the head of any Muslim country does so, it becomes obligatory and necessary for the Muslim citizens to revolt against him and replace him with a righteous and God-fearing person. This is because a Muslim is the brother of another Muslim, and he will neither oppress him himself nor hand him over to a non-Muslim based on unfounded accusations.
