Question: (1) A Molvi Sahib stated this fatwa on Friday that according to Shariah, all Shia and Ahmadi people are infidels and whoever eats with them or joins them in any ceremony will be considered Kafir and then the one who demeanor with them will also be an infidel. علی ھذا القیاس...The chain of disbelief will continue. And all women's marriages are invalid and annulled, those girls from Ahle-e-Sunnah wal-Jamaaat, married to a Shia or Ahmadi, their children are the sons of Haram and they are committing adultery. Are all the members of the Shia Jamaat are infidels?
2) Are all the members of the Ahmadia Jamaat infidels? We are Hanafi, and Ahmadi who we know are not says any Muslim is infidel?
(3) Are the marriages of all women invalid and annulled, who are girls of Ahl-e-Sunnah wal-Jamaaat and are married to a Shia or Ahmadi, and thus they are committing adultery?
(4) Is it disbelief to honor a respected Shia or Ahmadi member of the community and then whoever treats him or participates in any of his ceremonies will also be a infidels or a sinner?
Answer: Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Qadiani and his followers are all infidels and apostates. According to the consensus of the Ahl-e-Haq scholars, it is forbidden to have any kind of alliance and relationship with them and to marry them. and the details of Rawafiz (Shia) is that the sect that denies their absoluteness. And belittling Sheikhian (رضی اللہ عنہ) and slander Sayeda Aysha (رضی اللہ عنہا), that is, they believes in Ufaq and they makes takfir of the Companions (رضی اللہ عنہ), they are also an infidel and an apostate. It is forbidden (Haram) to invite them and to hold meetings with them, and it should be clear that they are witnesses, even though they hide themselves and keep their false beliefs hidden due to piety, which according to them is a religious act. Therefore, their words and actions should not be trusted. Their principles of religion should be seen, so after this introduction, you can understand the answer to your own questions.
(1) Most of the Shia people are such that there are fatwas on their disbelief and there is no hesitation in their disbelief in terms of the principles of religion, so caution should be exercised in slaughtering and take cautions in establishing a relationship with them.
(2) They are definitely infidels and apostates and it is wrong that they do not call Muslims disbliever. When look at their religion books, their belief is that whoever does not consider Mirza as a prophet is a infidel and whoever does not consider him as a infidel. He is also an infidel.
(3) It is true that the marriage did not take place and intercourse in this state is adultery.
(4) This command is not general, but there is no mention of sin and transgression, and it is stated in the hadith Sharif
, من وقر صاحب بدعة فقد أعان على هدم الاسلام
Therefore, while honoring and respecting the innovator is as if it is to destroy Islam, then such a person is misguided. Respecting the infidels and apostate sects will be a level of sin.
