Rafzi (Shia) are infidels and will be prohibited from the inheritance of a Muslim, and the order of Nikah and have relationships with them and their Imamat

Question: Are Rafzi (Shia), infidels without discussion or not? Is it permissible to imitate them in prayer and shake hands with them in greeting or not? Does their inheritance go to the Muslim or does the Muslim's inheritance go to them or not? And is it permissible for a Muslim woman to marry him or not? If the husband of a Muslim woman enters these sects and changes the religion of Ahl-e-Sunnah Wal-Jamaat, then the marriage is dissolved or not? Without divorce does she marry with another man or not?

Answer: Ghali among Rafizia (Shia) are definitely infidels, who calls Sayydina Abu Bakr (رضی اللہ عنہ) and others infidels, and Zaid is not an infidel who believes that Sayydina Abu Bakr's (رضی اللہ عنہ) Imamat is not a mistake, but Sayydina Ali (رضی اللہ عنہ) is better, and he is silent about Sayydina Usman Ghani (رضی اللہ عنہ). Not say good or bad. It is totally illegitimate to have relations with these people.

Ibn Kaseer, volume: 2,page 210 has mentioned this hadith from Musnad Ahmad, that when you see those who follow similar verses, avoid them.

It is known from this hadith that it is not permissible to have relations with these people, or to have general relation with them, or to make them imams in prayer. Although those who are infidels amongst them if accidentally pray behind them Or by mistake entered in marriage relationship , so the prayer is not correct and the marriage is also not correct, the prayer should be repeated, but on the contrary, if the marriage was solemnized and later committed such an innovation that reached the limit of disbelief, the marriage is automatically annulled, there is no need for divorce Allah says: وَ لَا تَنْكِحُوا الْمُشْرِكٰتِ حَتّٰى یُؤْمِنَّؕ

(سورۃ البقرہ:آیت 221)

That is, do not marry polytheist men, and in an another place,

وَلَا تُمْسِكُوْا بِعِصَمِ الْكَوَافِرِ

(سورۃ الممتحنہ:آیت 10)

Do not keep Nikah with infidel women, if they die in that state, Muslims are not their heirs, they are not the heirs of Muslims.
