Order for Mirzai (Qadianis) and Shias to become Imams, and attend their weddings, sorrows and sacrifices (Zabiha)
Question: There are three religion's of people living in a village, Shia, mirzai (Qadianis) and Ahl-e-Sunnah wal-Jamaat, can that Imam lead all three religions? And can attended occasion of marriage, mourning other occasions or not? Is it permissible for the Imam to use slaughtered animals of Mirzai and Shia for food or not?
Answer: According to the fatwa of Ahle-e-Sunnah wal-Jamaaat, the followers of the Mirzai (Qadiani) faith are infidels. Participating in their mourning weddings, following their Imam's funeral prayers, etc., are all ilicite and prohibited, and their slaughter (Zabiha) is also illegal. The sect of Shia which denies the certainty of texts. This order is on it, and whoever does not deny the definite texts is not an infidel, their sacrifice is correct.
Even wide mixing is not desirable because there is a strong fear of confusion of beliefs.
In the fatwa Shami,
نعم لا شك في تكفير من قذف السيدة عائشة او انكر صحبة الصديق او اعتقد الوهية في علي او ان جبريل عليه السلام غلط في الوحي او نحو ذالك من الكفر الصريح المخالف للقران:
ومنها اي من شرائط الذكاة ان يكون مسلما او كتابها فلا تؤكل ذبيحة اهل الشرك والمرتد:
