Punishment of Shatam RasoolAllah (ﷺ) and Shatam Syedah Ayesha (رضی اللہ عنہا) and companions (رضی اللہ عنہ) and to be related and friendly with the country that sheltered Shatam RasoolAllah (ﷺ) or supported him

Question: A person who is a Muslim by name and laughs at Allah Almighty and His chosen Prophets (علیہ سلام) and Hazrat Mustafa (ﷺ), takes a derisive attitude towards them, who is insolent and insolent in the honor of the Azwaj-e- Muthara't (Prophet's ﷺ wives).

And he uses derogatory words about the Companions (رضی اللہ عنہ) of the Prophet ﷺ says about the Holy Qur'an that it is not a history, it is only a novel and a dream of a crazy person, which has been given the Name of a story (معاذ اللہ). So what is the fatwa of the scholars for such a cursed person?

For ordinary Muslims, please tell the authorities of the time and the government of the time, what is the order for such Muslims who want to kill such a brazen person while he is in a non muslim country (United Kingdom or America), is there any kind of relationships established with these country? Can relationships be maintained? While that country is also supporting the publication of this cursed person's book and has given shelter to such a cursed person?

Answer: In the case, if the person (whether a Muslim or a disbeliever) laughs at Prophet Muhammad ﷺ or makes fun of any part of his life and character, or insults him, or impudent him or swear on him or attributes bad things to them or the wives (رضی اللہ عنہا) of the Holy Prophet ﷺ or Compare Prophet' wives (رضی اللہ عنہا) And he compares with street women and prostitutes, and uses derogatory words about the Companions Ridwan Allah Ajmaen, and refers the Qur'an as a dream of a crazy person and mad man, or semble it as novel and a story. If he interprets it, then that man is a total unbeliever, apostate, heretic and atheist. If such a person do this in a Muslim country, it is obligatory on the Muslim government to kill him, and according to the famous saying, his repentance will not be accepted, and whoever doubts his disbelief is also a disbeliever, and this religion of imams Arba'a and there is a consensus(اجماع)of the ummah on it, as quoted by Imam Taqiuddin Abul Abbas Ahmed bin Abdul Aleem Abdul Salam Al Harami- al-Damashqi known as Babin Taymiyyah (رحمہ اللہ) in his famous book Al-Saram Al-Maslol Ala Shatam Al-Rasul. said that:

It is the religion of the general scholars that whoever swear the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) regardless of whether he is a Muslim or a disbeliever, it is obligatory to kill him.

Ibn Munzir said that there is a consensus among the general scholars that a person who swear the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) should be killed and the same thing Saedna Malik (رحمہ اللہ), Saedna Lais (رحمہ اللہ), Imam Ahmad (رحمہ اللہ), Saedna Ishaq (رحمہ اللہ) have also recommended this, and Imam Shafi' (رحمہ اللہ) also has the same religion, and Abu Bakr Farsi (رحمہ اللہ) and the Companions of the Imam Shafi' (رحمہ اللہ) There is a consensus of Muslims is that ۔That the

who insults and denigrates the Prophet (ﷺ) his punishment is to murder. Muhammad bin Sahun said that the consensus of the scholars is that person insulting Rasool (ﷺ) is a disbeliever and in the Hadith a severe punishment has been promised for him, and according to the Muslim Ummah, his Shariah order is murder, and anyone who doubts about his disbelief and punishment He will also be a disbeliever.

From the above statements, it has become clear like the sun that anyone who swear or insults the Prophet (ﷺ) is an open disbeliever and it is obligatory to kill him and there will be a painful punishment for him in the Hereafter ,and the person who doubts that he is a disbeliever also deserves punishment will also be a disbeliever. Because he has suspected the disbelief of an nonbeliever.

Then when this person is persistent in committing this crime and insists on it, then there is no doubt about his being obliged to kill and accepting his repentance.

Therefore, it is written in the books of jurisprudence that: A person who persists in the state of apostasy or repeatedly apostatizes will be killed immediately. And his repentance will not be accepted. As it is in Fatawa Shami: It is narrated from Saedna Abdullah Bin Umar (رضی اللہ عنہا) and Saedna Ali (رضی اللہ عنہا) that the repentance of a person who apostatizes many times is not accepted and this is the religion of Imam Malik (رحمہ اللہ), Imam Ahmad (رحمہ اللہ), Imam Laeth (رحمہ اللہ). Imam Abu Yusuf was narrated that if a person is an apostate. If he commits the crime repeatedly, he should be killed in ignorance.

In the same way, saying bad about in the honor of the umhat-ul- Momineen (رضی اللہ عنہا) hurts the Prophet (ﷺ) and the one who is Gustakh-e-Rusool is cursed by Allah in this world and the hereafter.

That is why Saedna Abdullah bin Abbas (رضی اللہ عنہ) said that the repentance of the one who insults the honor of the Umhat-ul- Momineen will not be accepted and that is Mubah al-Dum.

Therefore, the proof of the guilt of those who accused Saeda Ayesha (رضی اللہ عنہا) of sin and the proof of the Pak damni of Saeda Ayesha (رضی اللہ عنہا) are in the Holy Qur'an.

The jurists have also called a person who accuses Saeda Ayesha (رضی اللہ عنہا) of a sin as mubah al-adm, as it is in the Fatwa al-Shami, لا شك في تكفير من قذف السيدة عائشة : : A person who accuses Saeda Ayesha (رضی اللہ عنہا) is a disbeliever without a doubt.

It is the belief and faith of all the Muslims of the world that Hazrat Muhammad (ﷺ) is the Allah's person and Rasool. They are absolutely trustworthy and truthful in preaching the religion and publishing the truth, and they are the ones who perform this position in the correct and correct way, and the completion of the religion of Islam has been completed, and there has been no deficiency or error in it. Similarly, the Holy Quran They consider the holy word of Allah to call the Holy Qur'an the word of other than Allah is utter disbelief.

That is why it is necessary for all Islamic governments that if an infidel apostate is under their government, they should immediately kill him and send him to hell. That is why it is necessary for all Islamic governments that if an infidel apostate is under their government, then immediately kill him and send him to hell, if not in their government, but by any means possible to pressure him through diplomatic relations. So it is necessary to put pressure on him and kill him, otherwise it will not be permissible to have a relationship and friendship with a country that sheltered or supported a person insulting of Prophet (ﷺ) as stated in the Holy Qur'an:

You will not see those who believe in Allah and the Day of judgement keeping friendship with those who are against Allah and His Messenger and who are their fathers or sons or brothers or their own family.

O believers! Do not make friends of my enemies and your enemies so,to show friendship to them.

And if the government is not ready to carry out this great task, then it is necessary for every Muslim to make efforts according to human strength to cleanse the land of Allah from the person insulting the RasoolAllah (ﷺ), because this expression of religion is the fulfillment of God's religion and the exaltation of the Word. Announcement of kalma-e Allah.Until the person insulting Messenger (ﷺ) is not eliminated from the earth, , Allah's religion is complete religion which Allah has given.

It is in Fatwa -al-Shami that it is permissible to kill all such major perpetrators whose sins are contagious to others and deserve a worthy reward.
