One who utters obscene words against the honor of the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) is an apostate; sever all ties with such a person
Question: A person utters extremely obscene words about the honor of the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) and also says things like (God forbid (نعوذ باللہ)) the enemies of the Prophet consumed the flesh of pigs, etc. What is the ruling about such a person?
Answer: Such a person has become an apostate. If he does not renew his faith and repent, Muslims should completely sever ties with him and avoid any association. If there were an Islamic government, he would be given a severe punishment, but in the absence of such authority, Muslims have no option but to cut ties with him, as implementing Islamic penal laws is the responsibility of an Islamic ruler.
