It is forbidden to bury apostates in Muslim graveyards

It is stated in Sharah Tanweer: that it is not permissible to bury any infidels or apostate in a Muslim graveyard. Instead, they should be buried in the graveyards of infidels and polytheists. However, the burial of a infidels differs from that of a Muslim. A infidel should be buried without observing the Sunnah practices of burial, such as placing the body in a niche grave. As for an apostate, their burial is not allowed even in the graveyards of infidels. Rather, they should be disposed of in a pit like a dog, without performing ritual washing or shrouding.

It is mentioned in Fatawa Hindiyyah: that it is not permissible for Muslims to allow infidels to usurp anything belonging to Muslims, especially endowed property, and they should remove such usurpation if they have the ability to do so.
