Non-Muslims are not allowed to hold missionary gatherings in Dar-ul-Islam
Question: Can the propagation of infidelity and polytheism be allowed in an Islamic state? Can non-Muslims be allowed to propagate their false religion in an Islamic state as a gesture of goodwill or tolerance?
Answer: In Dar-ul-Islam, non-Muslims can propagate their religion within their homes or places of worship, but they cannot be allowed to hold missionary gatherings in open places. They are not even allowed to recite their religious scriptures loudly.
